The last one of the series!
Hope you did like these.
Again this one from is Sainj valley.
He is the priest of this beautiful temple behind. He saw us all and came to talk.
“Where are you from?” He asked. “Namastey Uncle Ji!” Our guide replied. “These are students of NIT Hamirpur” He added.
“Sorry, But I couldn’t recognize you!” Pressurizing on his eyes the old man said.
Our guide took his father’s name and said, “I am his son” and he smiled.
“Oh! You are his son, How are you!”
And then they start to talk about some other stuff.
One thing I once read on Instagram, In city people, know each other with their House Number. But in the village people know each other with their parent’s name.
Well, I have to say It’s true. As I saw it with my own eyes. Then the old man was talking about his childhood memories. I and my friends clicked his photos. He posed with pride in his eyes.
In the village, people gather in each other’s happiness and sorrow. They help each other in function or whenever If someone is in need. They take care of each other.
But In the city, these things are hard to see. In my childhood, My family transferred from Delhi to Himachal, however, I am born in Himachal Pradesh. But I spent a couple of years In Delhi. So while I grew up, a lot of time I wished that we should have stayed In Delhi. But Now I feel that It was the best decision to be back In home town. I love my hometown. It is one of the most beautiful Drplaces in the world.
